The Squishmallows Happy Meal, which includes a miniature-sized version of a plush toy, will be available at select locations of the fast food chain in the United States beginning on December 26 for a short time. Certain toys, such as Beanie Babies and Transformers in the 1990s, have been a part of the attractiveness of McDonald’s Happy Meals for a very long time. Some of these toys have even caused a big frenzy due to their popularity. However, over the years, Happy Meals have been the subject of debate, notably due to worries regarding the possibility of adverse health effects for children. In the past ten years, the firm has made modifications to the Happy Meal menu to make it more nutritious.
